                 - English-speaking minister to minister to American-born Chinese

                 - Chinese ethnicity preferred, but not required, as long as candidate is 1.5 / 2nd generation

                 - Church is specifically targeting 2nd and 3rd generation Asian-Americans

· Job Description:

                 - Full time

                 - Will oversee all aspects of Youth Ministry from grades 7-12

                 - The position will also oversee a significant number of college students and adults (20-30)

                 - We hope to have someone who sees themselves growing with the ministry to EM

· Salary: 42K-58K depending on experience and other considerations, incl. health & retirement

· Church: Light Global Mission Church, Fairfax, VA (www.lgmc.org, www.upsideonline.org)

·  Requirements:

                 - Masters of Divinity or equivalent

                 - 2-4 years of lead ministry experience (i.e., youth pastor, college/EM pastor, etc.)

                 - Desired start date: on or before June 2008
